MEP stands for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. In interior design, coordination with MEP is a crucial element in interior design that contributes to the comfort, health, and safety of the occupants.

Some real issues
of MEP in Interiors

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The trunking system, conduit not enough space for installation.

No inspection holes in the ceiling for diver and lighting control devices and for the equipment maintenance.

Electrical cabinets are obstructed or placed in areas that are difficult to maintain and handle in case of an incident.

WATER SYSTEM

No technical shaft layout for the system.

No ceiling inspection holes for maintenance.
Insufficient space for the installation of supply and drainage pipes.
Control cabinets and pump equipment are obstructed or placed in areas that are difficult to maintain and handle in case of an incident.

No technical shaft layout for the system.
The trunking system, air ducts, and gas pipes lack sufficient space for installation.
The air conditioning units are obstructed, reducing efficiency, and decreasing the lifespan of the equipment.
